The Amazon Smart Kettle is the latest in smart home appliance technology! It boils water at a level of efficiency you’ve never seen before… as long as you pay the subscription service. Otherwise, it’s a useless hunk of junk that plays ads while you try to just boil water. We were inspired by the overwhelming slew of subscription services and pay-to-win software out there today, and thought it would be funny to imagine a world where something as simple as using a kettle had been overtaken by annoying advertisements.
